Don Maison Shipping and Handling Policy

Global and Domestic Delivery
Don Maison is proud to offer delivery services both within the USA and globally, ensuring that our handmade shoes reach you, wherever you are.

Transit Risk
Don Maison insures all parcels at no extra cost. In case of non-delivery, the customer will not suffer any loss. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages after delivery.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess or reship the order after a 15-day waiting period and customer confirmation, subject to product availability.

Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number, courier details, and expected delivery date.

Address Changes and Corrections
You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at contact@donmaison.com. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as any penalties for incorrect addresses will be the customer's responsibility.

Product Packaging
All products are securely packed and labeled with Don Maison's tags before being handed over to the courier service.

Shipping Time Estimates
Each product page includes an estimated shipping time. These are indicative and may vary. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us with the product name.
If products from different shipping categories are selected, the dispatch date will align with the longer shipping time.

Delays
In case of stock unavailability or delays, we will notify you via email. Delivery dates are approximate, and we are not liable for delays. We may opt to deliver orders in parts.
In the event of natural calamities, delivery times may be affected.

VAT & Customs Duties
All VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are fully covered by Don Maison. Your order is delivered to you with no additional charges payable on arrival — duties and taxes are entirely borne by us, regardless of your country's policies. You will never be asked to pay any customs or duty fees to receive your order.
